Dr. Rick Marks inspires and trains organizations and businesses to help them develop strong, mature, caring, efficient, and effective teams. In short, the outcome is productive teams who RelateWell. Drawing from his years raised in a broken home, his professional career in the military and corporations, and his years of counseling and mentoring; Dr. Rick speaks candidly on how to develop emotionally healthy teams. It is his earnest passion to see families, organizations and businesses strong, healthy, and productive. His method stems from developing team members in the Four Protectors of relationships: goodwill, respect, humility and empathy.  

Additionally, Dr. Rick, developed a specific leadership model based on H=REG (Humility= Respect, Empathy and Goodwill).  These values of mature leaders create healthy the evidence of a healthy and mature leader. You will receive training of personal benefit through Dr. Rick's Four Protective Walls (H=REG) method, as well as Dr. Rick’s 3 C’s leadership model. Some of what you will learn:

RelateWell Leadership is centered around the belief that relationships are essential to healthy and mature living, be it at home, work or in community.  Work Teams are relationships that can be pleasurable or painful.  And the Leader sets the tone.  Dr. Rick developed the ideas centered around the Power of Us and H=REG (Humility equals Respect, Empathy and Goodwill) through his own transformation journey.  This core value of RelateWell is what sets us apart as we seek to not train people in leadership skills, but to become emotionally healthy and mature leaders.  If you train an immature adult in leadership at the end of the they are still immature.  Emotional Maturity is essential to being a healthy leader.
